Our policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive the product. 

If you need a different size or to arrange a return you must first please contact us at CS@GoldenIvy.Net before you return the product. Please note that we do not have wide or narrow sizes and very few half sizes so please check the product page for sizes available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require basic order information so we can find your order. If we cannot locate your order we cannot process a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or refuse the shipment. You will not get a refund if you do.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance we strongly recommend the friendly folks at UPS. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Please note for our NYC Strong & Vegas Strong collections we do not offer refunds or exchanges as 100% of net proceeds are donated to  charitable organizations. Furthermore, exchanges are only granted in the event of manufacturing defect as deemed by our staff. Please ensure proper sizes are selected at checkout before placing your order. will not be held responsible or liable for selection of improper sizes**

Update - As of 5/1/18 We are no longer accepting returns or exchanges. Except in the even of manufacturer's defect as deemed by our staff .
